The best way to submit an order (or even ask for a quote) is to email our business email at sales@sharp.graphics. We will usually respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

In the email, we ask that you include everything it is you’re wanting for the order. If you aren’t sure of something, our team of experts can guide you in the right direction.

We also accept phone calls and walk-ins for orders.

We require a minimum of 15 pieces for screen printing.

For embroidery and heat press items, you can order as little as 1 item, but other fees may incur (see “What kind of fees do you charge?”)

We ask that you send the highest quality format of your artwork if at all possible. This includes .ai, .pdf, and .eps files. We also accept .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .tiff files, but art charges may occur if they are below 150 DPI.

We require a 50% deposit before we will start on your order. You can pay in full if you wish, but that is not always necessary.

For screen printing, we typically charge $25 per screen, per location. A one-color left chest design with a two-color back design would use 3 screens, meaning there would be a $75 set-set up fee for that job.

For embroidery, we have to write a program for the machine to be able to read and stitch your logo. This fee, called a “digitizing fee”, can range anywhere between $25 to $80 and is a one-time fee.

We occasionally have to charge rush fees (see “What is your turnaround time?”).

Our standard turnaround time is typically about two weeks. We tend to charge a rush fee on orders that are needed within a week.
